According to The Gazette, the former chef of the late DNA restaurant, Derek Dammann, will open a new restaurant in partnership with British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. The restaurant, which should begin operations by mid-September, will be called Maison Publique. The new 40-place establishment will be located on the Plateau, at 4720 Marquette. This British-style tavern will have a 12-seat bar as well as a private room at the back of the restaurant.
