The Hopkins opened its doors on June 15 at 5626 Monkland Avenue. He offers a seasonal cuisine, a tasting menu and a brunch that will begin this weekend. It’s the chef Liam Hopkins, formerly at Park, that is behind this bistro-style restaurant. The Hopkins can accommodate 47 people and they will soon have a 17-seat terrace. They are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 17 h 30.
